Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here's what you need to know about cancelling an order.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

You may cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet been dispatched. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of placement.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@totstouch.com with your order number and subject line: "Order Cancellation Request – [Your Order Number]".

Tip: The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can cancel before your order is processed and shipped.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Please note: Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations (after dispatch) are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the following situations:

  • The product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • We are unable to verify payment or detect a potential fraudulent transaction.
  • An error was made in pricing or product listing.
  • We are unable to deliver to your provided address.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly by email and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
